We’re incredibly proud to share that 2026 marks a very special milestone — Forest of Dean Gymnastics Club is celebrating 50 years!
From our early days to the thriving community club we are today, it’s been an amazing journey made possible by generations of gymnasts, families, volunteers and coaches.
To celebrate, we’re planning a 50th Anniversary Summer Fete this August, and we’re delighted that Friends of FOD (FOF) have kindly agreed to help organise what promises to be a fantastic community event.
We’re hoping for:
- Fun stalls and games
- Gymnastics displays
- Refreshments
- A chance to celebrate our history and future

We would love as many past and present members as possible to join us in celebrating five decades of gymnastics in the Forest of Dean.
