The Forest of Dean Gymnastics Clubrunsclasses for Toddlers, Boys & Girls of all ages and Adults in recreational classes, with competitive gymnastics for children selected to train in competition squads.

FITZONE offers great workouts for people of all ages in two well equipped fitness gyms. Awide range of daily fitness classes are run in the Dance studio.

Junior Fitzone gets children thinking about fitness from a young age. They come to enjoy the challenges the instructors set.

Toddlers can start fun gymnastics classes as soon as they can walk in our parent & child 'Gym Tots' sessions, one of our under 5's classes. They will have fun, you will spend quality time with them and both of you will both make new friends too. When they move into Mini Gym or after school classes parents can enjoy a work out in 'FITZONE ' or try a class while the children do their gymnastics.

Our purpose built centre has a specialist Gymnastics gym, an airy 44 station Fitness Gym and mirrored Exercise Studio. We have a wide range of fitness machines to suit all needs.  Whatever your need, whether it's Weight Loss or training for a half marathon, our friendly and experienced instructors will help you.

No-one is too young, too old, too fit or unfit to join!
