Along with our resistance weights we can help you to build up your muscle strength. We do not aim to be a power weights gym but with the correct programme our weights and resistance will enable healthy muscle development.
Star-Trac Dual Adjustable Pulley Machine
This dual pulley machine offers a range of functional training opportunities. It can be an all-in-one workout machine and is suitable for both able bodied and people with disabilities as well as rehabilitation.
