Gymnastics

Our fully equipped Centre of Excellence for gymnastics is the ideal place for gymnasts to prepare for competition at all levels. The gym is available for hire to other clubs & groups and for competitions, subject to availability .

Although equipped for gymnastics, the floor inset trampoline & 14 m. 'Montreal' sprung floor area make it suitable for other groups such as those providing rebound therapy.

Featuring an extended foam pitted area, advanced skills can be trained safely. The tumble track, beam, vault, rings, trampoline, and both asymmetric & high bars all allow dismounts into the pit. The gym is equipped with a full range of 'Gymnova' apparatus for both Men's & Women's Artistic gymnastics including 4 beams, two sets of asymmetric bars, single bars, 2 vaults, various pommels, mushrooms and rings.

DANCE STUDIO

The Dance & Exercise studio is normally available for hire by both individuals and groups. Excitingly, it has previously been used by dance professionals preparing for''Strictly Come Dancing'.
